The marketing module is fully integrated with the forecasting and sales functionallity in ABS.

A wide range of marketing options are available. It is possible to create mailings, with several selection options, including customer type or type of crop a customer is growing.

For each customer, the products it is growing can be entered, not only the products of your company, but also competitor products. This information can be used when creating a mailing and also in the Market Analysis.

A visit planning can be made, which interacts with the activities logged for the customer, and actions can be entered.

With the relation module of the Agro Business System it is not only possible to manage your relations, but with all the other options available, customers and prospects are playing a major role in ABS.

A long term market planning is available in the Agro Business System. Markets, with its unique elements such as the product segment, growing method or season can be defined at central level. At local level, the market size can be defined for the coming years. At central level a consolidation is done.

The market planning can be split out in a sales planning. The long term sales planning can be defined both on your own products, but also for competitor products. In this way, an insight is given in the expected market shares, and target markets can be set. The long term market and sales planning is fully integrated in the forecast.
